Based on consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with Korean International Financial Reporting Standards (K-IFRS), KRAFTON reported\u00a0revenue of KRW\u00a01.3714\u00a0trillion and operating profit of KRW\u00a0561.6\u00a0billion in Q1 2026, marking all-time highs for both metrics in a single quarter. The event delivered a significant revenue uplift compared to its original 2023 sale, demonstrating strong user demand for legacy content.<\/p>\n<p>On mobile, premium content and IP collaborations contributed to\u00a0the record quarterly\u00a0revenue. A collaboration with German\u00a0sports car\u00a0brand Apollo Automobil drove demand among high-spending users. BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA (BGMI) expanded user accessibility through server capacity investments and a wider content lineup, resulting in a 17% year-over-year increase in paying users. The BGMI\u00a0tournament\u00a0BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA SERIES 2026\u00a0(BGIS 2026), recorded its highest-ever viewership, reaffirming the title\u2019s\u00a0national standing in India. Building on this strong momentum, BGMI is set to roll out a range of new skins and IP collaborations in Q2, aimed at further elevating the player experience. Other revenue increased by KRW\u00a0285.9\u00a0billion year-over-year,\u00a0primarily\u00a0reflecting the consolidated\u00a0inclusion\u00a0of ADK Group.<\/p>\n<p>The PUBG IP continues to evolve into a content platform\u00a0accumulating diverse\u00a0gaming\u00a0content and\u00a0gameplay experiences,\u00a0underpinned by a strong fanbase and competitive live service. In April,\u00a0the new\u00a0game mode,\u00a0Xeno Point, increased user traffic as it\u00a0introduced\u00a0a\u00a0new\u00a0kind of gameplay beyond battle royale.\u00a0A\u00a0mode based on the\u00a0IP, PAYDAY,\u00a0is set to launch in\u00a0May, with additional modes and UGC expansions to follow. KRAFTON\u00a0plans to further accelerate the growth\u00a0of the PUBG IP Franchise\u00a0by\u00a0strengthening its presence in emerging markets\u00a0and\u00a0enhancing\u00a0its global fanbase marketing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>inZOI Scale-Up,\u00a0Subnautica 2\u00a0Early Access\u00a0Launch, and AI for Game\u00a0Initiative<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Launched in Early Access in March 2025,\u00a0KRAFTON\u2019s next-generation life simulation game\u00a0inZOI\u00a0is focused on scaling up to become an IP with a long-term product life cycle (PLC). KRAFTON plans to\u00a0improve\u00a0the life simulation experience through content\u00a0enhancements\u00a0and expand player accessibility via\u00a0console porting.\u00a0An\u00a0AI script modding tool will\u00a0be provided\u00a0to\u00a0enable players to create content more easily.
