As a result, <em><strong>Kandla<\/strong><\/em> has consistently been able to load <em><strong>approximately 4.5 rakes per day<\/strong><\/em>, which is in line with the available handling capacity.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The coordinated efforts of the <em><strong>Port Authority, Railway authorities, shipping agents, stevedores, and all stakeholders<\/strong><\/em> have ensured <em><strong>seamless fertilizer operations<\/strong><\/em> and <em><strong>timely evacuation of cargo<\/strong><\/em>, benefiting importers, farmers, and the overall supply chain.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/indianweekend.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/PNN-2-11.jpg\" alt=\"Kandla\" class=\"wp-image-115863\"><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under the leadership of <em><strong>Shri Sushil Kumar Singh, IRSME, Chairman, DPA<\/strong><\/em>, the Port has undertaken several infrastructure and operational initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, reducing vessel turnaround time, and ensuring <em><strong>seamless cargo movement<\/strong><\/em>.
