The program proved to be a highly enriching educational and cultural exchange experience.<\/p>\n<p>This initiative was conceptualized by\u00a0<strong>Architect Achal Chaudhary<\/strong>, President of IPS Academy, who believes that emerging architects must gain global exposure and broaden their skills, knowledge, and perspective to evolve as competent global citizens.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dr. (Prof.) Manita Saxena<\/strong>, Principal, School of Architecture, represented the institution at the international level and ensured the alignment of strategic vision, quality standards, and institutional objectives through this collaboration.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Architect Anagha Sadavarte<\/strong>, Head \u2013 Strategic Collaboration, played a key role in partnership development and implementation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Architect Neelam Kushwah<\/strong>, In-charge of Research and Outreach Programs and the delegation leader, facilitated joint research projects, knowledge exchange, and capacity-building initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>The delegation also included\u00a0<strong>17 students<\/strong>\u00a0and two faculty members \u2013\u00a0<strong>Architect Suman Sharma<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Architect Nidhi Nashikkar<\/strong>, who actively participated and guided the students throughout the visit.<\/p>\n<p>At NUS,\u00a0<strong>Dr. Johannes Widodo<\/strong>, Head of the Department of Architecture Conservation, delivered an inspiring lecture on\u00a0<em>Sustainability in the Built Environment<\/em>. He encouraged students to explore the synergy between technology and passive design techniques.<\/p>\n<p>The delegation visited\u00a0<strong>SDE 4, SDE 3, and SDE 1<\/strong>\u00a0buildings \u2013 exemplary models of sustainable design \u2013 and experienced the NUS campus, which functions as a\u00a0<em>living laboratory<\/em> for innovations in architecture, planning, fa\u00e7ade aesthetics, interiors, landscape, and building services.<\/p>\n<p>Students observed the effective use of multifunctional spaces, staircases, and lobbies in energy-efficient architecture and were deeply influenced by Singapore\u2019s\u00a0<strong>human-centric and nature-inspired architectural approach<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Singapore\u2019s\u00a0<strong>Master Plan<\/strong>, based on the\u00a0<em>\u201cCity in Nature\u201d<\/em> vision, stands as a remarkable example of sustainable urban development.<\/p>\n<p>During the program, participants also visited\u00a0<strong>Sentosa Island, Universal Studios, Singapore Flyer, and Night Safari<\/strong>, engaging in various cultural and adventure activities that enriched their global learning experience.<\/p>\n<p><em>If you object to the content of this press release, please notify us at pr.error.rectification@gmail.com.
